UI Screens in ReactJS/NodeJS

I am looking for a skilled developer with experience in ReactJS and NodeJS to create UI screens for my project. The project is a simple online prepaid portal. The desired functionality of the UI screens is to display customer dashboard with usage graph on web page. I have a specific design in mind but I am flexible and open to the designer's creativity.
The database system is already ready and working fine.
Need only development of 4-7 UI screens.
