UI/UX Retainer
Budget: $25 – $50 CAD
We are looking for a UI/UX retainer who can refer clients to us on a monthly basis. The primary goal of the role is to fill the gaps for any missing UI/UX through out the development cycle.
The ideal candidate will be designated as UI/UX for their referred projects and will be expected to commit to at least a 6-month retainer contract. Strong communication and project management skills are a must. Experience in UI/UX design and a proven track record of success in improving user experience is also required.
Steps required:
1. Send us your hourly rate for approval
2. Once hourly rate approved start planning to connect us with your client for introduction and you can explain to them that by working with us you will be part of the app development process in order to achieve the best results
3. Once the referred client sign, you will be hired as a retainer (6 months commitment at 8 hours a month)
4. If more than one project is referred then each has expectation of 8 hours on a monthly basis.
How will you work with the team:
1. You will be able to keep your brand while working with us as we don't expect you to hide it.
2. Our primary communication will be on slack and zoom as needed. (keep in mind some zoom meetings requires clients to be presence to approve update)
What benefits you will get:
1. You will be paid as retainer service for UI/UX projects at hourly rate you approve.
2. Your portfolio will look better with more of your design becoming apps in the market that can be reviewed by future clients
3. You will continue being part of your client network for longer period which helps you build better relationship with them that can be rewarding with more referrals from their side for future projects
