Restaurant Layout Web App Development

I'm looking for a web app aimed at managing restaurant layouts. The primary focus is on distributing tables (using a drag & drop interface) within a designated area. The app should also facilitate the addition of other elements such as chairs, trees, and walls.

Key Features:
- Essential functionalities for tables include order tracking and indicating seat availability
- For other items, the ability to move and rotate items, as well as change their colors is required
- Change position as requested
- Save setup into a database
- Must work with Mobile / Desktop

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in web app development
- Prior experience with event planning software or interior design tools will be a plus
