Responsive Admin UI for Photography Website (Manage Locations Module)

Summary
The product is an Admin UI for a photography website.
The use case in scope for this project is managing locations.
The user is an administrator (typically a photographer) who can list locations, view location details, create location, edit location and delete location.
Deliverables/Milestones
The project is to be delivered in three milestones, each milestone up to 3 iterations/revisions:
1. deliver wireframes showing the layout, data fields and controls
- sketch responsive page layout
- deliver wireframes for every page in scope showing all responsive sizes for each page (e.g. list locations phone, list locations tablet, list location laptop, list locations large; create location phone...)
- wireframes are low fidelity images (PNG) showing the screen structure without the actual design, e.g. Balsamiq Wireframes
- location of error messages (global errors, field specific errors...) must be shown
- actual breakpoints are up for suggestion, at least the following screen types must be supported
- portrait phones
- tablets
- laptops
- large devices
- up to 3 iterations/revisions to send back asking for changes
2. deliver mockups showing the design
- design user experience, understand the use case and structure the page accordingly
- deliver mockups for every page in scope showing all responsive sizes for each page (e.g. list locations phone, list locations tablet, list location laptop, list locations large; create location phone...)
- mockups are high fidelity, screenshot-like images (PNG) of production quality screens with the full design applied
- design and location of error messages (global errors, field specific errors...) must be shown
- same breakpoints and screen types as wireframes
- up to 3 iterations/revisions to send back asking for changes
3. deliver responsive HTML pages
- implement the design in HTML code, javascript and CSS preferably using a recent major framework (e.g. Bootstrap 5) - coordinate with me first regarding framework selection
- responsive with same breakpoints and screen types as wireframes and mockups
- deliver working code for every page in scope showing all responsive sizes for each page (e.g. list locations phone, list locations tablet, list location laptop, list locations large; create location phone...)
- implement error messages too (both global and for each field)
- neat, easy to read, well structured code. Not minimized or obfuscated.
- prefix all custom javascript functions and CSS styles that don't come with the framework or 3rd party library
- deliver working HTML including all CSS and javascript required for the website to work
- business logic javascript (e.g. crud operations, JS on the availability page, ) is out of scope, I'll add those. Only JS required by the page to work is in scope for this project.
- try to use as little custom CSS and javascript as possible. Use 3rd party libraries only if absolutely necessary.
- transitions and animations (e.g. slide-in context menu...) are encouraged
- up to 3 iterations/revisions to send back asking for changes
Future Opportunities
- There will be more pages in the future to design and implement after Locations is done
- The client facing website needs to be designed and developed after Admin UI is done

- The wireframes I supplied are just to give you some pointers what I have in mind. They are incomplete and they are not meant to dictate the way it must be designed. I expect you to propose better alternatives.
- I don't want a generic admin template that I need to customize myself.
