We are seeking a talented and experienced freelance UX Designer to revamp the user experience of our BANKiQ FRC (Fraud Risk Control) solution. Our application, developed in React with a big data backend, needs a modern, intuitive, and user-friendly interface to improve user engagement and efficiency.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive user research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define the project scope.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for the redesigned user interface.
- Ensure the new design is responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
- Work closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration of the new design.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Document design guidelines and standards for future reference.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in UX design, specifically for complex web applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with React-based applications is a plus.
- Familiarity with big data concepts and how they influence UX design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in the financial or fintech industry.
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively communicate with developers.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX design projects.
