Project Overview:
We have a safety app designed to enable real-time emergency alerts, peer-to-peer assistance, roadside support, and law enforcement communication. We're looking for a talented UI/UX designer to redesign the app’s user experience across mobile and web platforms to ensure it is intuitive, sleek, and impactful.
The app already exists with working functionality and limited screens. Your job will be to give it a modern, clean, and user-friendly redesign using any interactive wireframing or prototyping tool (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct a UI/UX audit of the existing mobile app and web interface.
-Redesign user interfaces for both mobile (Android/iOS) and web app.
-Improve flow, visual hierarchy, and accessibility.
-Create interactive mockups or clickable wireframes to demonstrate final user experience.
-Work closely with the product owner to understand SOS classifications, user roles (e.g. responders, SAPS, general users), and flows like Trip Link, Meeting Link, Anti-Hijack, etc.
-Suggest and implement UI enhancements without affecting current feature logic.
-Ensure responsive design across all devices.
-Deliver final design assets, screen annotations, and flow documentation.
What We’ll Provide:
-Access to the live app and admin dashboard.
-List of features and functionalities to be retained.
-Brand guidelines (logo, fonts, and any colors).
-Support from the internal product team.
Required Skills:
-Proven experience designing mobile and web apps (please include your portfolio).
-Strong command of Figma, Adobe XD, or other UI prototyping tools.
-A good sense of color theory, layout, typography, and UX principles.
-Ability to design for both light and dark mode (optional but preferred).
-Experience working on safety, social, or utility apps is a bonus.
-Ability to work independently and deliver on time.
