Redesign Human Resources Dashboard

I am looking for a freelancer to redesign our Human Resources dashboard. Need the input section redesigned and made more fluid. Need to add additional data sets to the existing dashboard which will require a redesign and reorganization.

Must be able to effectively communicate in the English language, in order to have effective communication around the design, features to add or remove and dynamic conversation about what options and recommendations you may have.

Colors and Design Elements:
- The client has specified specific colors and design elements that should be incorporated into the redesign.

Features:
- The redesigned dashboard should include data visualizations.

User Interface:
- The client wants an interactive user interface for the dashboard.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in data visualization
- Strong understanding of Human Resources processes and needs
- Ability to incorporate specific colors and design elements as specified by the client
- Advanced Excel Skills Required
- Experience with Data & Visualization Required
