ExL. UX / UI Product Designer for responsive web application (not website)

I am looking for a UX/UI Product Designer to work on a responsive web application. The main goal of the application is to enhance the user experience for specific industry professionals. While we do not have existing design guidelines or brand standards, we have some ideas that we would like to incorporate into the design.

This is a design from the ground up and we will be iterating quickly. Figma experience and prototypes a benefit.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices
- Proficiency in UI design and prototyping tools (Figma)
- Experience designing responsive web applications (not just websites)
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and incorporate client ideas into the design
- Knowledge of industry trends and ability to create modern and visually appealing designs
- Strong and responsive communicator
- Solution orientated with a can do attitude,
