Portable Biochemistry Reader Design with Touchscreen

I'm seeking an experienced embedded system designer to create a portable biochemistry reader. This device should primarily be capable of analyzing chemical reactions.
Key Requirements:
- The device must be portable. Therefore, expertise in designing compact, lightweight and rugged devices is essential.
- A touchscreen interface is required for the user interface. Previous experience in touchscreen integration and UI/UX design for touchscreens would be a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of biochemistry and experience in designing similar devices is NOT NEEDED. We'll Help.
We have Proof of concept running in Market, we need our design. NO RE-INVENTION of WHEEL.
We are looking for someone who is good with embedded design.
