POC Design Needed

I need a proof of concept (POC) design for a project.

Key Requirements:
- Type of POC: Mobile app, web application, or software tool (to be determined)
- Primary goal: Demonstrate a concept, test feasibility, or attract stakeholders (to be determined)
- Critical design elements: User interface, functionality, or user experience (to be determined)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in designing POCs for apps/tools
- Experience in UI/UX design
- Ability to work within a set budget and provide innovative solutions
