New UI/UX for Web & App

As the driving force behind this project, I am seeking a talented UI/UX designer who will prioritize the enhancement of overall user experience for both our website and mobile application. Our target audience is school children.
The website is going to be course website in which courses for school students will be published. I have some ideas based on which I want the UI/UX created.

**Ideal Skills and Experience:**
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
- Experience designing for both websites and mobile applications
- Strong understanding of design principles for engaging students.
- Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into design improvements
- Familiarity with accessibility and usability best practices
- A portfolio showcasing previous projects with a focus on enhancing user experiences

**Project Requirements:**
- Collaboratively work on redesigning existing website and mobile app interfaces
- Focus on simplifying navigation and interaction to appeal to our audience
- Implement design changes aimed at making information easily accessible and engaging
- Use feedback from actual users to refine and improve the design
- Ensure that the final designs are in line with current web and app standards and trends

Through this project, I aim to foster a more engaging and satisfying experience for our users, encouraging longer sessions and repeated visits. The ultimate goal is to create interfaces that are not just visually appealing but also highly functional and user-friendly.
