Need Talented UI/UX designer for Start Up

We are looking for a talented User Interface / User Experience designer to assist us with a new marketplace web application. We are getting close to finishing the the launch version of the application. This is a large application with many features. We have a number of wireframes completed. We really need a designer with Start Up experience that is familiar with ReactJS and agile development.
We need an initial Style Guide and then ultimately a complete Design System.
We are looking for a clean, modern, progressive design. We need to simplify the more complex features of the web application.
