Need a Bubble IO Developer with a good eye for design and fully functional/responsive web-based platform. (Not an application or software)

A website like Artstation with a twist. The idea : individuals to be able to create an account, setup a profile, upload content, etc. The main page will be similar to what Artstation has going on. Of course, this platform I would like to have designed will not be identical, since it needs to have certain social plugins. Of course mentioning that it has to be responsive/fully functional!
