Multi-platform UI/UX Design for Engagement

I'm seeking the assistance of a skilled User Experience (UX) designer to help improve the user interface of an application that runs on both Android and iOS, as well as via Web Application.

The primary goal of this design update is to enhance user engagement. I envision a design that not only seems visually attractive but also prompts users to interact more often and more efficiently within the app.

• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma
• Experience designing for multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web)
• A proven track record of creating designs that increase user engagement
• Strong understanding of modern UX principles and trends
• Ability to implement feedback and iterate on designs rapidly
• Familiarity with application development processes from a UX design perspective.
