Modern Responsive PyQt5 Industrial UI
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I will supply the existing PyQt5 .ui file for Dimension Box, I need it completely re-skinned and reorganised. The current visual style elements already feel familiar to the operators, so please build on those, but create a far stronger visual hierarchy that draws the eye first to the data-display areas.
The finished interface must fluidly scale between our 7-inch factory touchscreen and a 21-inch desktop monitor without breaking layout. Large, touch-friendly controls, flat styling with soft shadows, rounded corners, high-contrast palettes and generous typography are essential for visibility under workshop lighting. Wherever practical, replace text with clear icons and group buttons strictly by workflow priority to keep the screen uncluttered.
Deliverables
• Updated PyQt5 .ui (or compatible) file that autoadapts to both target resolutions
• All image / SVG icon assets packaged and referenced correctly
• Style-sheet (QSS) or theme variables for colour, typography and spacing
• Quick README noting any new libraries or layout techniques used
Acceptance criteria
1. Data-display panels remain legible and dominant on both screens.
2. All interactive elements exceed 9 mm touch target on the 7-inch display.
3. App launches with no scaling artefacts or scroll bars at either resolution.
4. No loss of current functionality; only layout, styling and hierarchy should change.
If you have recent examples of industrial or scientific touch UIs created with Qt Designer, feel free to share—seeing proven solutions for responsive layouts will help me choose quickly.
