Modern UI/UX Design for SSOC Cloud
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are looking for a UI/UX design team for our mobile application SSOC Cloud. SSOC Cloud is a Solar PV-focused monitoring system used by business and homeowners for all clean energy related activities. The said application is online and active on all platforms (iOS, Android, PC); however, we are looking to redesign the entire application with newer and clearer visions for the product line, starting with the mobile application.
The entire project will consist of 4 phases of those two are mobile application related and the other two are web-based:
1. Phase 1 (21/10/2024 – 30/11/2024): The focus of this RFP. Design a central navigation module to be display as the center piece of the app as well as a PV system representation for end-user visualization.
2. Phase 2 (01/2025 – 03/2025): Redesigning the entire mobile application based on the design and style of the central navigation module.
3. Phase 3 (03/2025): Design the landing page for the brand and the product line.
4. Phase 4 (Q2/2025): Redesign the entire web application.
Project Phase Requirements
1. Deliverables: 6 graphics for the building models and environmental settings + 7 individual assets of the solar system to be placed in the model as needed
2. Design requirements: The designed navigation module should represent an overall structure of a PV system installed on the appropriate building models.
a. Building models: House – Industrial factory – Commercial building
b. Environmental settings: Day – Night
c. Individual assets: Inverters – Meter – Grid – ESS Batteries – Datalogger – Directional power cables – PV panels

3. Design concept:
a. Style: Isometric animation – low poly design (preferred but open to creativity)
b. Color palette (suggestion only, feel free to explore further):

4. Design tools: Figma & Photoshop are preferred; however, any design tool is fine so long as the complete file’s elements can be extracted for UI development team.
5. Proposal request:
a. Provide company profile and portfolio.
b. References of previous works.
c. Reference project management and work breakdown structure.
d. Reference cost of project.
e. Contact information.
Selection criteria
The presented proposals will be evaluated based on all aspect of creativity, technicality, experience and cost. Since the project is multi-phase, we are looking for creativity as well as range of design.
All accepted proposal will move forward to an online meeting (30 minutes) with the person in charge for more information and contract terms. The selected proposal will be announced via email and introduced with the development team to start on the first phase of the project. Based on the progress and result of the first phase, the selected team could later on be designated for future phases of the project.
