Modern UX/UI Design for App

I'm seeking an experienced UX/UI designer to create engaging and modern designs for our web and mobile app (iOS and Android). If the cooperation will be successful, this can turn into long-term even full time cooperation.

Key Requirements:
- Design for iOS, Android, and Web platforms
- Work will be in figma, we expect clickable prototypes and structured reused components, adding multiple states to the components and therefore allow full app redesign/transformation by changing just the lowest level components.
- Modern design aesthetic to be approved by the end-client
- Focus on enhancing user engagement and clearly providing all necessary information to the end-user.

Expected Skills and Experience:
- English at at least B2 level
- Proven experience in UX/UI design (show your portfolio that ideally contains what I mentioned - structured figma file to see that you reused components)
- Expertise in designing for multiple platforms (again, in your portfolio it should be visible that you created CUSTOM mobile design as well).
- Knowledge of user engagement strategies
- Work will be during European timezones

We expect you to be proactive and come up with ideas, suggestions how to improve the app's usability without compromising the content end-client expects.

The interview process will consist of a video call with specific questions, where we might ask you to showcase some of your projects and prove us your knowledge of figma and design. Due to rampant identity fraud, camera on during the call will be mandatory.
