Mobile UI/UX for Innovative Startup

I'm looking for a skilled UI/UX designer to help me take my tech startup to the next level. My idea is still in its early stages and I want to ensure that when I do launch, I have an excellent mobile platform in place.

Key Objectives:
- Enhance User Experience: A big part of my business relies on user interaction and engagement, so it's important that the design is intuitive and easy to use.
- Increase User Engagement: I want the design to be engaging and encourage users to come back to the platform.
- Innovative and Unique UI Components: Since we are at the idea stage, I think it's important that the design is fresh and has some unique elements that make it stand out.

Skills/Experience desired:
- Proven experience in mobile UI/UX design
- Ability to create engaging and innovative designs
- Understanding of user behavior and how to optimize the design for maximum effect
- Experience with tech startups or similar projects would be an advantage
