Mobile App for HR services

I need an app and a parallel website which will register candidates, allow uploads of docs media for candidates which will be reviewed by level1 and level 2 support. The progress of their application shd be visible on a dashboard. Separate screens for candidate and support. Few nore screens as blogs on different topics. a mockup basically with a responsive fluid front end and a light backend with few records for demo purpose. We basically need a demo purpose wireframe which can be scaled up in future.
