Mobile App and WebApp UI/UX Design

I am looking for a UI/UX designer to create the design for a mobile app and web app that will be developed for both iOS and Android platforms. The primary function of the app/web app is social networking.

Specific requirements and preferences:
- The client has some ideas for the design but is open to suggestions.
- The designer should be able to incorporate the client's ideas while providing creative input and suggestions for an optimal user experience.
- The design should be modern, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
- The designer should have experience in designing social networking apps and be familiar with the best practices and trends in UI/UX design for this type of application.
- Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design are required.
- The designer should have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the development team and discuss design concepts and iterations.
- A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work, particularly for social networking apps, is highly desirable.
