Minimalist UI Design for Desktop

I am looking for an experienced UI Designer with a proven track record in minimalist design and an eye for monochrome color schemes. The project will focus solely on desktop platforms and requires a design finesse that can deliver a sleek, modern, and user-friendly interface.
Ideal candidates should:
- Have a strong portfolio showcasing minimalist design
- Have prior experience creating designs for desktop platforms
- Exhibit strong proficiency with monochrome color schemes
- Be able to deliver work on time and communicate effectively through all stages of the design process

We want to build a full stack application like https://aeromegh.com/picstork/
It has to be developed using Azure cloud stack.
Following are the scenrios:
1) User will get Drone images or satellite data or videos, need a system to ingest this data on azure
2) We need to build pre defined models which will identify features on this data set, we need API also for this with time series analsis
3) We also need a front end, where user can run this analysis and see a dashboard
4) Also it can do similar thing like https://aeromegh.com/picstork/
where user can build their own model on the fly and run the analysis on the data stored on azure
Rest of the features can be discussed later, reply back with how you will do it, time, cost and your previous expertise.
