Medical Text SAAS

I am looking for a developer to build a medical text SAAS application that will primarily focus on medical documentation with the help of AI.
The Wireframe is already designed, so we are looking for someone to build the MVP.
This application will need to have the following specific functionalities:

- Writing medical documentation with the help of AI
- Dictation and transcription is optional for the MVP

I am open to suggestions for the technology stack to be used, but I would prefer one that is efficient and capable of handling large amounts of medical data. Additionally, I would like artificial intelligence to be included in the application to enhance its capabilities and accuracy.

Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
- Experience in developing SAAS applications
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies mostly GPT and algorithms
