UX/UI Manager, Product Designer

The UX Designer will be responsible for collecting all UX requirements on any given project, documenting the user flow of the applications, building out wire-frames for all states of the applications, establishing navigational models, and translating all of the above to both the UI designers as well as the engineers. They will also work closely with the product managers and data analyst to understand the target audience, their preferences, and their limitations and take those into account into product designs. The Ideal candidate will research and conceptualize intuitive user interfaces that meet both user and business objectives. The UX Designer will use User Design to serve up information in palatable ways and to motivate visitors to move through the shopping and enrollment steps. This role will be a key player in executing design-thinking processes: learning, defining problems from the user’s standpoint, generating ideas for solutions, creating mock-ups and designs, testing via user testing methodologies, refining and delivering to developers.
