Looking for developers & UI/UX designers for the next UNICORN

Hello we are an IT startup from Austria - Salzburg and are looking for motivated developers for an exciting and sustainable IT project (FarmLifes, Farmcode)

We are developing a social network for agriculture in combination with a digital origin labeling for food, to be more precise a big part of the platform and software is already ready and the system is already tested at some farms. Starting in mid-2022, we want to test our digital origin labeling at various larger pilot farms, with the aim of making the system available to the entire value chain in early 2023. As founders, we are very well connected within the agriculture and food industry and already have partnerships and collaborations with food retailers, large organizations and companies from the agriculture and food industry!
We have developed the platform with a freelancer network until now, however now is the time as we are getting more and more requests to build our own developer team.
Therefore I am looking for frontend and backend developers as well as UX/UI designers.
Programming Languages:
* React Native (our APP)
* Laravel, Bootstrap (Purpose),. (our business portal)
* MySQL
Our app and business portal are already Developed, at least the MVP. Our system has been in the testing phase for about 2 years,. The last module of the beta platform we have launched in December 2021, i.e. there are already about 3,200 users registered and we know from the test phase and numerous user feedback what the users want and what we need to improve to achieve a viral user growth.
So far we have financed ourselves with equity capital and subsidies. For the further development, the pilot phase and the market entry we are applying for funding at the Austrian Ministry (BMLRT) and the EU Commission. Decisions will be made on both sides by mid-September 2022 at the latest.
If anyone is interested I would be very happy if you could contact me! I am urgently looking for good developers, happy to work remotely. Also I am definitely willing to talk about alternative payment, like company share or alternative!
