Looking for UI/UX developer for flutter project

I am looking for a UI/UX developer who can create a job portal app using Flutter. The app should have a clean and intuitive design, with easy navigation and search features.

Design Preferences:
- I have some examples of similar apps that I would like to share with the developer (in figma)
- I prefer a minimalist and modern design

Timeline:
- The project should be completed within less than a month

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Flutter and Dart programming language
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
- Experience with developing job portal apps is a plus
