Looking for UI/UX FIGMA designer

I am looking for a UI/UX FIGMA designer who can help me with both websites and may be mobile app design. We would rather work with individuals than companies. This is potentially a long-term requirement as we have frequent requests for UI/UX especially with regards to making edtech platforms, HR tech platforms etc. You should be able to make designs that stand out without compromising the user experience

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in FIGMA and other design tools
-Should be able to create proposals
- Experience designing for both websites and mobile apps
- Understanding of user-centered design principles
- Ability to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the client and other team members.al
