Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Freelance Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge parking assistance app. As a designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of the app, ensuring it is visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly.

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the product development team to understand the app's requirements, target audience, and overall design vision.
2. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate and iterate on design concepts.
3. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the app's usability and overall user experience.
4. Ensure consistent branding and visual identity throughout the app, adhering to existing design guidelines.
5. Work closely with developers to implement designs, providing them with all necessary design assets and specifications.
6. Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to continually improve the app's design and user experience.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to bring innovative design solutions to the app.
8. Collaborate with other team members, including developers and product managers, to brainstorm and solve design challenges effectively.
9. Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and optimize the app's design based on user feedback.
10. Provide support during the app's development and address design-related issues that may arise.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous app design projects.
2. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), Sketch, or similar applications.
3. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
4. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
5. Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and color.
6. Knowledge of mobile app design guidelines for iOS and Android platforms.
7. Experience working with developers to implement designs and a basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
9. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
10. Familiarity with parking or navigation apps is advantageous but not required.
