Improvement of our design, UI/UX elements and process of a transport management system

I am looking for a skilled UI/UX designer to help improve the overall layout and organization of our transport management system. It's needed to go through our whole system and optimize all pages and interactions for the best user experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience in enhancing user interfaces and user experiences.
Specific requirements for this project include:
- Improving the overall layout and organization of the system
- Ensuring that the UI/UX elements are user-friendly and intuitive
- Enhancing the user experience by streamlining the navigation and menus
In addition, the project requires the following skills and experience:
- Proficiency in mobile-friendly design to create a responsive tablet version of the system
