Hiring for User Experience Designer

I am seeking a dedicated, experienced user experience designer who is well-versed in wireframing and prototyping, user research and testing, as well as visual design and branding. The project requires a comprehensive design for both web and mobile apps that will streamline the user experience. The project must be completed within 1 month or more.
