- The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
- We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create amazing user experiences.
- High ability in understand business requirements and the ability to convert requirements.
- Must have experience in creative design and knowledge of web and design packages in providing good user experience.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and exceptional skills in designing flat, mobile-first user experience design concepts.
- The UI and UX developer should be responsible for the design of major and minor Web Sites/Web Applications.
- Applies skills and knowledge of the business to develop creative solutions to meet client and business needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of proven experience in designing enterprise web applications in a fast-paced, agile environment, leading and/or individually contributing to multiple UX design projects.
- Experience leading brainstorming and idealization exercises, UX research, UI writing, Wireframing and UI Prototyping, Interaction design.
- Hands on experience with creative & designing tools like - Adobe, Photoshop, Sketch etc
- Solid understanding of the design process and demonstrated experience shipping usable interactions.
- Creativity, problem-solving, passion for user experience design and attention to detail are critical.
- Layout adjustments based on user feedback.
