Hire a UI/UX specialist and a react expert on an hourly long term basis

As a UI/UX specialist, you are expected to handle all aspects of product frontend design and development. you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to create intuitive, aesthetic, and functional user interfaces. Your role is pivotal in transforming user requirements into interactive and visually appealing designs, as well as implementing them into robust and user-friendly solutions.
This role is for a UI/UX React expert to work on multiple internal projects (Admin tools, Web Apps, Dashboards, User Utilities, etc). Possible long-term commitment for the right candidate.
Design: Proficient in design software (e.g., Figma, Canva, UXPin, Balsamiq).
Programming: Solid proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and relevant frameworks. Especially React.
Integration: Expert in backend integration using RESTful APIs and MVC architecture
Responsive & Mobile Design: Extensive experience in adapting interfaces for various devices and screen sizes.
Cross-browser Development: Ensure functionality across all major browsers.
SEO: Understanding of SEO principles.
Collaboration: Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
AI-Assistance: Familiar with the latest AI copilot processes.
Ability to work at least 50% of your time with the team in the Eastern Timezone is a must.
Good communication skills is a must.
Ability to use project management and code versioning tools to track progress.
