Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us shape the user experience of our innovative platform, "Embodier.ai." In this role, you will play a critical part in creating visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces and ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for our users.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to define and implement user interface and user experience improvements.

Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.

Design responsive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, considering usability, accessibility, and modern design trends.

Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve user satisfaction.

Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems for consistency across the platform.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our UI/UX.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI) or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work in web and mobile app design.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

Experience with user research, usability testing, and creating user personas.

Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts (preferred but not required).
