GenAI Interview Bot -- 2
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I'm seeking a skilled developer to create a GPT-based chatbot aimed at interviewing a candidate based on a case study provided.
Key Requirements:
- The chatbot's primary function is to interview (question) the candidate based on a certain case study
- It should be tailored for a corporate employee
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in GPT chatbot development
- Experience in creating an interview bot
Details:
- I plan to provide a case study (For example, a company finance case study) And the candidate will be questioned by the board on the case study and the board will rate the candidate on several competencies such as written communication skills, Correctness of the response etc
- AI will read the same case study, and based on the response from the candidate will evaluate on certain competencies such as grammar, communication style, and the correctness of the questions
- I will provide the case study to the Bot in the same case study will be provided to the candidate to read and come for the interview with the Bot. These are all preset case studies. The case study will serve as the knowledge base for the bot.
- I will have say a set of three case studies preloaded for bot’s knowledge base and when the candidate comes in candidate will pick the case study from the set of Saree case studies and take about 30 minutes to read.
- When the candidate is ready to answer, the interview will start with the bot.
- The bot will then start asking questions to the candidate.
- There should be a minimum of 10 questions of various difficulties, and from various sections of the case studies that must be asked to the candidate.
- If the candidate is taking too long to answer the bot can end the interview after timeout.
- Once the interview is successfully over, the bot will then evaluate various competencies of the candidate based on the response recorded and provide the scores on the Admin portal.
- I have a website - you need to create a section on my website for the candidate Frontend and for the Admin section.
- Admin panel is need to upload the case study and the interview response dump from the candidate and the competency evaluation scores.
So essentially here is what I need:
a) AI bot that has the knowledge base from three case studies (I will provide these case studies in advance)
b) Admin section on the website for me to upload the case studies and also to review the interview response and the score and to set the userId password for candidates to login
c) Front end for the candidate to login and read the case study and interact with the bot for the interview.
