Full-Time Remote Web Designer Needed
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are looking for an experienced Web Designer with a strong design sense and hands-on expertise in Figma, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and other modern UI/UX tools and frameworks. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of React components and be comfortable working in a collaborative environment through screen sharing (AnyDesk).
Key Responsibilities:
Design responsive, clean, and modern UI/UX for web applications using Figma, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.
Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect front-end code.
Work closely with developers to implement designs into React components.
Be available full-time and ready to assist with design tasks as and when required.
Collaborate in real-time through screen sharing tools like AnyDesk.
Create design systems and reusable UI components.
Ensure consistency in brand guidelines and user experience across platforms.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Web Designer or UI/UX Designer.
Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layouts, prototyping, etc.).
Strong command of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.
Familiarity with React components and how design translates into them.
Ability to collaborate remotely through AnyDesk or similar screen sharing tools.
Good communication skills and the ability to understand and implement feedback quickly.
Attention to detail and a passion for great design and user experience.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
Experience with other design tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Understanding of basic JavaScript or TypeScript.
