Freelance Medical Website Designer (UI/UX)

We are 3D Practice, a healthcare technology company focused on providing essential media files to help patients manage their medical conditions effectively. Our platform plays a critical role in healthcare management, and we're looking for a talented designer to give our website a much-needed facelift.

Project Overview:

- Website to Revamp: You will be working on our core platform website, which is essential for delivering educational media and resources to patients. Please note that our current public-facing site, found at 3D Practice, is not the focus of this project. The platform itself, which is critical to the patient experience, will be shared with you upon reviewing your proposal.
- Goal: To modernize and improve the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of the platform. The design should reflect the latest trends in healthcare tech while ensuring ease of use, accessibility, and trustworthiness, key elements for medical platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and understand the existing platform’s design, functionality, and user feedback.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (including developers and product managers) to gather project requirements and insights.
- Propose new design concepts for both desktop and mobile platforms, focusing on modern aesthetics, ease of use, and an overall improved user experience.
- Implement changes that improve user engagement, retention, and interaction.
- Ensure all designs adhere to healthcare industry standards for accessibility, compliance, and security.
- Deliver a comprehensive design proposal, including wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and design specifications for developers.

Ideal Candidate:

- Proven experience in designing healthcare or medical-related websites or platforms.
- Strong expertise in UI/UX design principles, with a keen eye for modern design trends.
- Familiarity with responsive design techniques and mobile-first approaches.
- Ability to create intuitive and accessible interfaces, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Strong proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience working in a freelance or contract-based environment is a plus.
