We are now seeking a Founding CTO to help transform the vision into reality.

You will work directly with the Founder to build the first version.

Product Architecture
Design and evolve the technical architecture.

AI Strategy
Lead Future Agent development and intelligence systems.

Team Building
Help recruit future developers and technical contributors.

MVP Execution
Transform the product vision into a working platform.

Long-Term Leadership
Help establish the future technical direction of the company.

EQUITY OPPORTUNITY
Internal Reference Valuation:
$2,000,000 CAD
Founding CTO & Technical partner Target Allocation:
8% – 10%
Subject to:
• Vesting (4 Years)
• Cliff (12 Months)
• Founding Team Agreement
