Fintech UI/UX Designer for Multi-Platform

I'm seeking a UI/UX designer to create user flows for various components of a fintech application. The design should cater to both mobile and desktop platforms, specifically targeting field agents as the primary user type. As there are no existing design guidelines, you will have the creative liberty to start from scratch and build a comprehensive style guide from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Flows & Wireframes: Construct flow diagrams for critical services, incorporating clear decision points and error handling.
- Visual Design: Implement responsive, mobile-first design principles. This includes using specialized keyboards for certain tasks.
- Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD for each page, including error states.
Required Skills:
- Mastery of design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Previous experience in fintech UX is essential, particularly with Aadhaar-based services ,DMT (Domestic Money Remittance) and BBPS bill payments.
- Strong understanding of mobile responsiveness.
Deliverables:
- High-fidelity mockups for all screens.
- A prototype that simulates user journeys.
- A comprehensive style guide covering typography, colors, and a component library.
