Figma redesign

I am looking for a talented designer to help me with a Figma redesign of my application that has both mobile and web interfaces. My existing design is ready, but the layout is not very good. Everything is a fixed size text box in the forms and the fields are laid out without any structure. I need someone to take it to the next level. The main goal of the redesign is to improve user experience, so I need someone who has experience in UX/UI design. I also need the web and mobile applications to have a similar look and feel with intuitive navigation.
