Figma Wireframes & UI for AI Recruiting Tool
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We're looking for a talented UX/UI designer to create high-quality Figma wireframes and clickable prototypes for our AI-powered SaaS recruiting tool. The tool helps HR leaders, recruiters, and staffing firms rank and contextualize candidates quickly based on resume and job description matching.
You’ll be working directly with the founder to turn functional requirements and sketches into a clean, modern, and intuitive UI.
Project Scope:
Design user login and authentication pages (SSO style)
Create a dashboard interface with:
Job uploads & tracking (Job ID, job description, status)
Resume batch upload and processing tracking
Results table with “Pros, Cons, Rationale” per candidate
Team View / User Collaboration Panel
Visual filtering & sorting (ex: graph or sliders for relevance score)
Create UI for:
Subscription settings
Resume analysis results
Alerts/messages (e.g., “Batch Processed” or “Upload Failed”)
Deliverables:
Wireframes for all user flows
High-fidelity Figma designs
Clickable prototype to demonstrate core user interactions
Design system or component library in Figma
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience designing SaaS platforms (portfolio required)
Strong understanding of UX for productivity tools
Familiarity with AI or recruiting platforms is a plus
Able to work fast and communicate clearly
