Figma UX/UI Expert to finish off a Figma Design

Looking for a Figma expert to help finish off a Figma design. Currently, we have a total of 16 pages done on mobile. These pages will be for a mobile app and will need some small changes.
After that, we also need to add 8 more pages for a dashboard to manage the App System. These pages will be both desktop and mobile. Wireframes will be provided.
We would like somebody who understands best practices on UI Design for developers.
