Figma UI/UX Expert Needed for Website

I'm looking for a seasoned UI/UX designer proficient in Figma to help me create designs for a new website from scratch. This project does not have existing designs or wireframes, so the chosen freelancer will need to develop the designs and wireframes in addition to the UI/UX work.

Ideal candidates should have a strong portfolio of website designs, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and proficiency in Figma. Experience with e-commerce and corporate website designs would be a plus.
