Figma Expert - Create a design system based on MVP

Hi there,
we are startup focusing on B2B Hybrid Events. We have developed an Event Experience Platform focusing on Event Management and Delivery of Live Hybrid Events. We are looking for an Figma expert to help us configuring a design system in Figma.
We have designed our MVP in Photoshop until now and want to improve our workflow with Figma. The current PSD files have been converted to Figma using xd2sketch.com. Now we need a Figma expert to create a Design System based on this. The goal is to make use of components and other advanced Figma features so that we can easily develop customized variants (using our customers CI/CD) of our plattform. Also this should help with the hand-over process to our front-end developers.
Strong UI/UX background and extensive Figma know-how is a must, any developer skills that will help with speeding up coding is a bonus (but not required). Our application is based on Gatsby (JAMstack) and a headless event management system.

We need somebody ASAP. Flexible in regards to hours and project scope. less
