Figma UI/UX Expert

I am looking for a Figma UI/UX expert.
I have designed a mobile app with a different UI designer named Sketch, which can be found here.

The file has multiple designs and flow charts within the .sketch file. It's messy and complex.
I need a Figma expert to import it to Figma and do a deep clean, meaning the result will need to be the new Figma file is tidy, clean, and easy to understand because it needs to be ready for a developer handover.
It must contain all the information required for the developer to understand a responsive mobile app. (style, layout, fonts, size, padding etc...)
I can't stress this enough. The final result will need to be good enough for a developer handover.
