Figma Design for Interactive Web App

I'm seeking a skilled UI/UX designer proficient with Figma to create a design for my web application, which will include 2 pages.
Key Requirements:
- The Home page should be an Interactive Dashboard.
- The User Profile page should be intuitive and user-friendly.
- The User Profile Creation is a key part of the web application, which is a form of sorts with several questions. The user responses will need to be stored, accessed, and analyzed.
Ideal skills for this project include:
- Extensive experience with Figma and web app UI/UX design.
