Face Recognition System

Hey,
I would like to develop a face recognition system for a smart bin. The system should be very simple, I wouldn't want to have anything too complex right now.
The system would work as follows.
1 - The responsible for the project must create with the API that we will select (AWS or AZURE).
2 - Develop a database (AWS or AZURE) that will be used in this system. This database will receive new data from the collection of face from registration images in the app that is not part of this project.
3 - With the database ready, it will be possible to combine the information about the app users with which they are able to use the smart bin with their images.
4 - Develop a nice and easily recognizable layout in the smart bin. We will have a 4k webcam and a 10.1" Nextion display on which we want to do face recognition of users.
In Smart Bin when the user approaches the webcam it will be recognized with name. After the recognition, we will start the internal processes of the trash. The first step will be to open the trash door. The system ends here. When there is recognition, the smart bin door is welcomed and opened.
If the person does not have face recognition they will press the button to enter the phone number registered in the app.
After this step there is already an entire system built from ESP32 SIM.

I really liked the layout that was used and I would like this one in our project.
*We don't need a tag or card for security, just face recognition or phone number, which already exists in our current system.
Our system is based on arduino, ESP32 and I am very concerned about the accuracy of the face recognition system and the user experience.
