Expert UI/UX Designer needed for ML SaaS product

OfferFit is looking for an Expert UI/UX Designer to help us with multiple initiatives for our ML SaaS product (first platform to make reinforcement learning AI available to marketers everywhere!) . We're anticipating the projects to be ongoing (3-6 months + and about 20 hours per week) and hoping to have someone start over the next few weeks.

- Collaborate closely with frontend developers and product managers on the visual and interaction design of OfferFit products, including wireframing and creating high-fidelity prototypes.
- Understand product workflows and functionality to improve navigation flows, component behavior, and coherence of style.
- Conduct user experience research using qualitative and quantitative approaches.
- Refine the product UI and UX (e.g., flows and layouts) based on users feedback, observed usage patterns, and product goals.
Participate in determining OfferFit’s product strategy and roadmap.

Requirements:

- Proficiency with Figma or similar tools
- Familiarity with modern frontend software engineering (Vue, React, etc.), so that you can design components that are not only functional and appealing, but easy for engineers to build
- Experience with data-intensive or ML products (ideally, SaaS)
- Track record of success in a fast-paced startup environment is a strong plus
