Expert UX/UI Designer for Long term work

I am looking for a dedicated UX/UI designer with experience in clean, simple, and good-looking websites based on wireframes and prototypes. The technical side is very important on a website so the freelancer must have experience designing simple pages without too many elements that might slow down the process of responsiveness or make the size of the pages too big.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Creating Prototypes / Wireframes
2. Designing websites using any software you like (Photoshop, Adobexd, Figma, Illustrator, etc)
3. Being able to constantly check the projects with the managers and meet deadlines
4. Bring creativity and new ideas
5. Should understand the industry standards and analyze the current market trends
6. English communication skills are very important
