Experienced UX web designer for eCommerce

We're a growing global ecommerce brand and are looking for a web designer with experience in UX and UI for long term cooperation. Expected work load is several hours per week and will be increasing with time.

You should have:
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Experience with optimizing UI/UX for high conversion rate
- Portfolio of design projects

Your tasks will include:
- designing a product page layout based on a text or visual input
- designing different steps in a funnel like advertorial page or upsell page
- positioning different UX elements in a funnel so they are optimized for the best conversion rate
- providing a visual output to a software developer
- coming up with strategies on how to improve existing UX elements for the best conversion rate
- improving based on feedback from real life data
