Experienced UI Designer for a 2 Page Admin Panel

I am looking for a UI/UX Designer who should Design an Admin Panel with me.
We will have 6 to 7 Blocks (Forms/ Cards) on our sidebar like Customer Block which container like first_name, last_name, address etc
And other Block like Product which may consist of a row containing 3 columns (Product Image, Description, Price)

We want with Drag & Drop or some other elegant way to Define a workflow per client request.

For example if a client say I need a Workflow wehre the first block is Customer, second Block is Services block ans so on.

This workflow contains also 4 tabs, and each tab contains 1 or more Blocks.

A Block contains max available information like we define a Customer Block with "gender, firstname, lastname, address, date_of_birth, nationality, passport_number'

But on Designing the client's workflow the client can choose that he/she only needs 'first_name, last_name and address'

So we should be able to remove the fields
