Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer with 4-5 years of professional experience to craft intuitive, user-centered designs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business requirements, customer needs, and user journeys, and will be responsible for creating visually compelling interfaces and seamless user experiences. Your work will extend from conceptualizing user flows and wireframes to delivering final visual design assets, heatmaps, journey maps, and prototypes for our digital products. A strong focus on usability and a commitment to improving user satisfaction are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborative Design: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to design user interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also functionally intuitive.
User Research & Insights: Conduct thorough user research, analyze data, and generate insights that inform design decisions. Use tools such as heatmaps and journey mapping to visualize user behaviors and pain points.
Wireframes & Prototypes: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that illustrate user flows, site navigation, and visual hierarchy.
Design Systems: Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across all platforms and products.
User Flow Optimization: Map out and refine user flows to ensure that users can easily navigate through the product, maximizing engagement and satisfaction.
Testing & Iteration: Participate in user testing, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data to refine and improve designs. Use heatmaps and user journey analytics to validate design decisions.
Industry Awareness: Stay current on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge and effective UI/UX design.
Required Skills:
Design Tools Expertise: Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
Responsive & Mobile Design: Solid experience with responsive, mobile-first design and understanding of user behavior across different devices.
Interactive Prototyping: Ability to create interactive prototypes that communicate design ideas and flows effectively.
Data-Driven Design: Familiarity with tools like heatmaps (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg) and journey mapping techniques to inform design decisions.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong ability to articulate design ideas clearly, both verbally and visually, and to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, user flow design, and the ability to create visually engaging, user-friendly interfaces is required.
